S.E.A. LAN 2026 CS2 Tournament presented by be quiet!

Welcome to the official S.E.A. LAN 2026 Counter-Strike 2 tournament, proudly sponsored by be quiet!.

This tournament is part of S.E.A. LAN 2026, a student esports LAN event bringing together players from Dutch student esports associations for a weekend of competitive tournaments, casual gaming, and community activities.

Eligibility

This is an on-site LAN tournament. Players must be registered S.E.A. LAN attendees and must be physically present at the event venue, unless Tournament Officials approve an exception.

Players must:

• Have a valid FACEIT account
• Use their main FACEIT account
• Register with their FACEIT username
• Be part of only one team in this tournament
• Follow all S.E.A. LAN and FACEIT rules

Tournament Format

The exact bracket structure depends on the number of teams that register.

The tournament will consist of an initial stage followed by a single-elimination playoff stage. The exact bracket structure, number of advancing teams, and seeding will be determined by the Tournament Officials after sign-ups close, based on the final number of registered teams and the available tournament schedule.

All matches before the semi-finals and finals are played as Best-of-1.

Semi-finals are played as Best-of-1 by default. If both teams agree to play the semi-final as a Best-of-3, the semi-final will be played as Best-of-3. If either team does not agree, the semi-final remains Best-of-1.

The Grand Final is played as Best-of-3 during the final session.

Match Settings

All matches will be played through FACEIT using standard competitive Counter-Strike 2 settings.

Teams must join the FACEIT match lobby, follow the FACEIT map veto process, and play a knife round to determine sides.

Team Rules

Each team consists of 5 players. Substitutes are only allowed with Tournament Official approval.

One coach per team is allowed if supported by the FACEIT lobby settings. Coaches may only communicate during pre-match, timeouts, half-time, and post-match periods.

Competitive Integrity

Cheating, bug abuse, exploits, macros, scripts, radar hacks, aim assistance, triggerbots, skin changers, map exploit abuse, pixel walks, and other unfair advantages are strictly forbidden.

Harassment, toxicity, griefing, doxxing, offensive communication, and unsportsmanlike behavior are also forbidden.

Violations may result in warnings, round forfeits, map forfeits, match forfeits, disqualification, or event bans depending on severity.

All disputes, technical issues, suspected rule breaches, and cheating reports must be reported to a Tournament Official immediately. Tournament Official decisions are final.

Results

After each match, the winning team must post the FACEIT match link and a screenshot of the final result in the S.E.A. LAN Discord results channel. The losing team captain must confirm the result by reacting with ✅.
