For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "Platform" refers to the Tech Stop Services LTD website, mobile applications, and related services enabling CS2 skins trading.
  • "Skins" means virtual cosmetic items from Counter-Strike 2 available for purchase/trade.
  • "Tokens" are the virtual currency used exclusively on our Platform for skin transactions.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing our Platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction (see Section 2.3)
  • Not have any previously banned accounts

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities conducted through your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is not available in the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Myanmar (Burma), the Central African Republic, China, Congo DR, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe. We reserve the right to restrict access from additional territories at our discretion.

3. Token System and Financial Terms

3.1 Description and Intended Use

  • 3.1.1 The Platform operates using an internal accounting unit referred to as the SUT.
  • 3.1.2 The SUT does not qualify as a cryptocurrency, digital asset, security token, or any financial instrument under applicable laws. It is strictly a non-transferable, non-tradable accounting unit intended for internal use only.
  • 3.1.3 The primary function of the SUT is to facilitate streamlined internal bookkeeping, balance tracking, service usage, and user engagement with the Platform's features.

3.2 Value and Conversion Rate

  • 3.2.1 The SUT is linked to the euro (EUR) at a fixed conversion rate of 1 SUT = 1 EUR.
  • 3.2.2 This rate is applied exclusively within the Platform to calculate user balances and transaction values.
  • 3.2.3 When users make deposits, the amount is converted to SUT on a one-to-one basis. Account balances are displayed in SUT, corresponding directly to the equivalent amount in EUR.

3.3 Regulatory and Legal Classification

  • 3.3.1 The SUT is not recognized as legal currency, electronic money, or a payment method under EU Directive 2009/110/EC or any other relevant regulatory standard.
  • 3.3.2 Holding SUT does not provide any rights to ownership, voting, dividends, or participation in the Platform's governance or its parent company’s equity.
  • 3.3.3 SUTs cannot be traded, sold, transferred, exchanged, pledged, or utilized outside of the Platform’s internal environment.
  • 3.3.4 The issuance and use of SUT are not intended for any speculative, financial, or investment-related purposes.

3.4 Token Usage on the Platform

  • 3.4.1 Users can spend their SUT balance on any authorized services or activities offered through the Platform, such as making purchases within the Platform’s ecosystem.

3.5 No Financial or Investment Services

  • 3.5.1. The Platform is not a financial institution and does not provide investment, banking, or payment services. Tokens are not e-money, securities, or other financial instruments. We do not offer withdrawal or exchange of Tokens for real-world currency.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate skin prices or market dynamics
  • Use unauthorized third-party software or bots
  • Engage in fraudulent activities including chargebacks
  • Transfer accounts or skins outside the Platform
  • Violate Steam's Terms of Service or CS2 EULA
  • Circumvent any security measures

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and code
  • Trademarks and logos
  • Proprietary trading systems

are owned by Tech Stop Services LTD or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services temporarily or permanently.

6.2 Skin Valuation

We are not responsible for:

  • Fluctuations in skin market values
  • Changes made by Valve to CS2 or its economy
  • Third-party market conditions

6.3 Liability Cap

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have spent on tokens in the 6 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Suspicious activity
  • Requests from law enforcement

Termination results in forfeiture of all tokens and skins without compensation.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded to consumers by the mandatory rules of law of the country in which you live.

9. General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement
  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect

10. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

10.1 Refund Eligibility

  • 10.1.1. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
  • - Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems with a purchased Digital Item (e.g., a Skin or Token) that prevent its use or access, please contact our support team at info@skinunder.com. If the issue cannot be resolved within 5 business days, we will issue a refund.
  • - Unauthorized Charges: If you detect any unauthorized charges on your account related to purchases made on the Platform, contact us immediately. We will investigate, and if the charges are verified as unauthorized, a refund will be issued.
  • - Payment Errors: In cases of incorrect billing, such as overcharges or duplicate payments, please notify us with relevant evidence. Upon verification, we will promptly issue a refund for the overpaid amount.
  • - Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to issue refunds for transactions we deem potentially fraudulent or in situations where doing so is necessary to maintain the integrity and security of the Platform.
  • Please note that all other token and digital item purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

10.2 Right of Withdrawal (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

  • If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the legal right to withdraw from a digital content purchase (e.g., Tokens or Skins) within 14 days without providing any reason.
  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date the digital content is delivered to your account.

10.3 Waiver of Withdrawal Right

  • By purchasing digital content (including Tokens or Skins) and providing your express consent to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered to your account.
  • This waiver is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK and Swiss laws.

10.4 How to Withdraw

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal (if eligible), you must notify us by sending a clear request to info@skinunder.com within the 14-day period. Your message must include:
  • - Your name and email address used on the Platform.
  • - The date of purchase.
  • - A description of the digital content purchased.
  • - A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

10.5 Reimbursement Process

  • If your withdrawal request is approved and the digital content has not yet been accessed or delivered, we will reimburse you for all related payments without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your valid withdrawal notice.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
  • Please note: depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
